According to the report from SANAM’s Azerbaijan representative, 26 year old Elnaz Babazadeh was murdered by the security forces of the inhumane Iranian regime (Sepah). The security forces say Elnaz Babazadeh was seen driving in her personal car without proper Islamic dress code. She was stopped by unknown security forces and was taken to a distant place. Mrs. Elnaz was later brutally murdered by these men. According to some sources the person who murdered Elnaz Babazadeh was son of a Sepah commander (Iranian security forces).
The inhumane regime does not grant freedoms to the nations residing in Iran. Many man and woman like Elnaz Babazadeh have ended up in the same scenario. The Iranian regime is sensing the national awakening among the non-Persian ethnics and as a result it is taking inhumane revenge on innocent people. The debatable elections last year and the protests that came after it have shaken the foundation of the Persian mullah regime. Sense of insecurity and distrust has covered the atmosphere among the ruling cleric. Innocent people like Elnaz Babazadeh are ending up paying for the regime’s wrath.
It is time for the international governmental organizations to raise their concern. Democracy and human-rights loving Southern Azerbaijani Turks and other nations living under the brutal rule of the Iranian Islamic regime are expecting more from able and powerful International bodies such as the United Nation (UN). The sooner the world takes action against this brutality, the less innocent lives will be taken. Down with the totalitarian Iranian Islamic regime. Long live democracy and the people who pursuit it.
